…cut my conscience to fit this year’s fashions.
- Lillian Hellman

The new fall trends have arrived! One of my favorites for the season is the tailored jacket look. In what seems to be an ode to the late Yves Saint Laurent, designers have turned out their interpretations of the YSL classic for this fall season. Seen on celebrities Blake Lively and Gwyneth Paltrow, the tailored jacket is making a comeback in a huge way.
Personally, I love a good tailored jacket. It’s clean, classic and adds a touch of sophistication to your look. Tailored jackets can also be paired with many staple items already found in your closet like the cotton long sleeve crew or the cashmere stretch turtleneck. They also look great with a slim fit pant and this seasons must-have riding boots.
We want to know – Will you wear the tailored jacket look this coming fall?
“What I love to hear the most is when they say ‘I wear it everyday.’”– Susie Cho

Susie and VP of Sales Stacey Perlick, who helped launch the label, discuss how they’ve had to stick to their guns to become the cashmere industry leaders that we are today, and avoid a trend-hungry industry in order to remain consistent with INHABIT’s staple wardrobe pieces.
