Come out for the Fifth Annual Luke Boisi Memorial Benefit on June 18, 2009, from 7:00-10:00 p.m. at North Cabana in The Maritime Hotel. Luke Biosi, son of Geoffrey Boisi, the founder of MENTOR/ National Mentoring Partnership, tragically lost his life at the age of 21. Mentoring had a great impact on his life and he spent the last few years of his life committed to helping others, through his service with AmeriCorps. This benefit is held each year to celebrate Luke’s life and to help raise awareness for the powerful cause of mentoring.

The evening will feature a three hour top-shelf open bar, along with passed Hors D’Oeuvres and a silent auction featuring an incredible array of items including Mets & Yankees tickets, autographed sports memorabilia, wine/spirits, restaurant packages, luxury vacations, and other exciting items. Artwork from mentoring programs from around the city will also be featured. So, come out and help a great cause!

Mentoring had a great impact on his life and he spent the last few years of his life committed to helping others, through his service with AmeriCorps. This year’s event will feature a four hour top-shelf open bar, along with a catered buffet style dinner with passed hors d’oeuvres and a silent auction featuring an incredible array of items including Mets and Yankees tickets, restaurant packages, luxury vacations, and several items from the INHABIT collection. The event will also feature New York City mentoring programs, that will answer all your questions about mentoring and explain how FUN and EASY mentoring is. So, come out and help a great cause!
